Thank you, thank you, thank you! ~From a 24 year old.

Well, my birthday weekend extravaganza came to its finish last night with an overwhelming sense of gratefulness, satisfaction, and exhaustion. I want to say a big thank you to everyone who was a part of the weekend, for making me feel so incredibly loved, and for making me realize how blessed I am to have such amazing people in my life.

Just to re-cap:

I spent friday night in the city with a group of friends (most of whom I was in Peru with) having a build your own burrito dinner, playing games, enjoying some great beer, and soaking up the laughs and good company. That night I slept at my amazing friend lydia's house, who I'm ecstatic to say, got engaged this past week! It was great to spend some quality time with her, cause its been way too long.

Saturday started out with a delicious and incredibly fast breakfast at the Dutch Eatery in the Reading Terminal Market. I was there for a few hours and got to spend some time with a bunch of different friends who came in and out at different times. It was great! Later that day I cooked my first ever indian meal and savored it with my two very best friends, melissa and melanie. We had a super fun girls night and made lots of memories.

Sunday started with home-made breakfast with mel and mel followed by a great service at Kingsway church. After that a few of us headed over to Honeys sit n eat in philly, prefaced by a quick walk around northern liberties and the discovery of a cute little cafe. After lunch melanie and I went to the Philly flower show which was amazing. The colors, the smells, the crafts, it was awesome!

To finish the birthday weekend I spent monday painting at a friends house. It was a great way to unwind and get a perspective on the past few days.

Basically I want you all to know how grateful I am for the life I have and that it wouldnt be anywhere near as great if it werent for the people that surround me. You are all remarkable
